A new experience based on the ongoing original 360 Sound Bath. A blend of our original sound bath series with our newest creation; MUSICAL MANTRA. Still encapsulated with the relaxing calm original sound bath experience Musical Mantra brings more initial liveliness through music and micro movement to engage our bodies energy systems. Through spoken word, intentional song, and digitized tonality we combine crystal bowl resonance to bring natural tone crescendos /krə-shĕn′dō/ with the Solfeggio frequencies and Earth’s Schumann resonance throughout the experience.
Bring nothing but your presence and an open heart. We provide mats, lavender scented eye pillows, blankets, and pillows for your comfort. Suitable for all ages and no prior experience is necessary.

With the attendance we’ve seen at our monthly workshops, we wanted to make our Commercial Cold Plunge and Finnish Sauna more accessible in between workshops.

Abhyanga Therapy with Jessica
Abhyanga Therapy is a traditional Ayurvedic treatment using warm, herbal-infused oils customized to each client’s dosha.
The oil is applied from head to toe (excluding the breast and pelvic areas), making it a deeply nourishing and detoxifying treatment.

Ecstatic Living: Day Immersion

Cacao Ceremony
Christina will lead you through the opening ceremony on a journey with Cacao. Cacao is a superfood packed with micronutrients to nourish the body, mind and soul. This heart opening plant medicine will set the tone for the day as we move through a mindful sipping practice. We'll then invite the support of the energies of the elements and earth in an invocation of the space and end with a heart connecting meditation.
Honoring Your Body Flow:
Join Erica for a chance to grow freely and naturally from where we are right now! Connecting breath and body—heart and soul. Beginning with a full body inventory and stretch, flowing into a gentle yoga practice of guided movements, ending by cooling down and relaxing in a restful savasana.
Self-Compassion Practices:
Explore what it means to grant yourself compassion and unconditional love with Paula. Supportive touch, writing, and mantra will be demonstrated and practiced so that you may feel calm, cared for and safe within your own body.
Breathing Session with Optional Cold Therapy Immersion
This workshop with Linda will include a brief discussion of the Wim Hof Breathing Method. Then our primary focus will be on the first two pillars of the Method: a breathing session, followed by an optional cold exposure or Ice Bath.
Bliss of Now Meditation
Join Ryan for a talk and meditation geared toward recognizing our own innate abilities. Diving into how and what being in the present moment looks like, while becoming aware of the empowerment it can bring to every waking moment.
Biopulsar-Reflexograph Readings
This opportunity offered by Nancy throughout the day gives real time biofeedback. Based on the latest technology combined with ancient scientific knowledge of reflex zones and meridians, you will receive a comprehensive and holistic overview of your auric field, chakra function, and organ graphing which can support you in understanding how to balance the mind, body & spirit connection.
Embodiment Meditation & Ecstatic Dance Party
Ease into the dance party with a guided movement and dance “meditation” then let loose to beats curated by our DJ. Costuming is encouraged and there will be body paint, glow sticks and vibe lighting provided. Because part of self-care IS having fun!
This day is structured for your convenience but we encourage following your own flow and utilizing our designated relaxation spaces to take the space you need for yourself. Lunch and Dinner will be provided and are included in the purchase of the Immersion (and so are the personalized self-care packages, raffles, and more!)
