Sessions will typically include a 15 minute mindfulness talk, 15 minute meditation, and close with an interactive Q&A period.

Join us for an immersive journey that balances the intense warmth of a Finnish barrel sauna with the refreshing embrace of a commercial cold plunge tank—perfect for anyone seeking to enhance their health regimen.
What to Expect:
Finnish Barrel Sauna: Enjoy the soothing warmth of our traditional Finnish sauna. Sauna bathing is known for enhancing blood circulation, relieving muscle soreness, reducing stress levels, and improving cardiovascular health.
Commercial Cold Plunge Tank: Take the invigorating plunge into our cold tank. Cold immersion helps to reduce inflammation, tighten your skin, enhance immune response, and release endorphins for that feel-good energy!
Outdoor Shower: Prior to entering the cold plunge, participants will be required to use our outdoor (heated) shower to remove any debris, oils, deodorants, perfumes, etc.
Plus, a Special Breathing Exercise! Before we dive into the heat and cold, we'll guide you through a calming breathing exercise to saturate your body with oxygen to set your mind and body up for an optimal experience.

360 Free Yoga Series - Candlelight Yoga with Erica!

Are you interested in learning Yoga, but not sure which class is for you? Our Yoga Series Classes are just the ticket!
Join Erica for her Candlelight Yoga Class, where you will link your breath, movement and traditional yoga poses together at a pace that is relaxed yet therapeutic. Pose modifications and assistance as well as pose challenges are offered during practice so that you can alter the intensity according to your comfort level. This class is beginner friendly, a general knowledge of yoga can be helpful but is not necessary as body specific cues are provided throughout the entire practice. The flow, music and theme change from class to class, but we will always practice a full body warming stretch, a gentle cool down and end in sweet Shavasana. Benefits include improved range of motion, flexibility, strength, joint and overall body health, reduction of stress and promote a general feeling of relaxation.
This is perfect for beginners or for other levels of experience. There is no fee or registration needed for this class.

UPDATED 06/05/2025: Step into the comforting world of homemade sourdough and discover the magic behind this timeless baking tradition. Whether you’re brand new to bread or looking to deepen your skills, this class is a welcoming place to learn the art of sourdough.
In this relaxed workshop, we’ll walk through the essential techniques that bring a sourdough loaf to life: from caring for your starter to timing and fermentation of the loaf. You’ll get to see, touch, and smell each stage of the process, gaining the confidence to try it all in your own kitchen.
Expect helpful tips, your own instructional booklet to take home, plenty of Q&A, a cozy atmosphere filled with the aroma of fresh bread, a delicious tasting of sourdough and homemade cultured butter, and the joy of learning something new.
You will not be making your own loaf to take home, but you will leave with the knowledge (and inspiration!) to start your own sourdough journey.

Matt’s decades of experience as a “sculptor” of music and sound have honed his intuitive receptivity for feeling energy and responding to it through his instruments. Cacao Ceremony
Christina will lead you through the opening ceremony on a journey with Cacao. Cacao is a superfood packed with micronutrients to nourish the body, mind and soul. This heart opening plant medicine will set the tone for the day as we move through a mindful sipping practice. We'll then invite the support of the energies of the elements and earth in an invocation of the space and end with a heart connecting meditation.
Honoring Your Body Flow:
Join Erica for a chance to grow freely and naturally from where we are right now! Connecting breath and body—heart and soul. Beginning with a full body inventory and stretch, flowing into a gentle yoga practice of guided movements, ending by cooling down and relaxing in a restful savasana.
Self-Compassion Practices:
Explore what it means to grant yourself compassion and unconditional love with Paula. Supportive touch, writing, and mantra will be demonstrated and practiced so that you may feel calm, cared for and safe within your own body.
Breathing Session with Optional Cold Therapy Immersion
This workshop with Linda will include a brief discussion of the Wim Hof Breathing Method. Then our primary focus will be on the first two pillars of the Method: a breathing session, followed by an optional cold exposure or Ice Bath.
Bliss of Now Meditation
Join Ryan for a talk and meditation geared toward recognizing our own innate abilities. Diving into how and what being in the present moment looks like, while becoming aware of the empowerment it can bring to every waking moment.
Biopulsar-Reflexograph Readings
This opportunity offered by Nancy throughout the day gives real time biofeedback. Based on the latest technology combined with ancient scientific knowledge of reflex zones and meridians, you will receive a comprehensive and holistic overview of your auric field, chakra function, and organ graphing which can support you in understanding how to balance the mind, body & spirit connection.
Embodiment Meditation & Ecstatic Dance Party
Ease into the dance party with a guided movement and dance “meditation” then let loose to beats curated by our DJ. Costuming is encouraged and there will be body paint, glow sticks and vibe lighting provided. Because part of self-care IS having fun!
This day is structured for your convenience but we encourage following your own flow and utilizing our designated relaxation spaces to take the space you need for yourself. Lunch and Dinner will be provided and are included in the purchase of the Immersion (and so are the personalized self-care packages, raffles, and more!)
