What to Expect:
Finnish Barrel Sauna: Enjoy the soothing warmth of our traditional Finnish sauna. Sauna bathing is known for enhancing blood circulation, relieving muscle soreness, reducing stress levels, and improving cardiovascular health.
Commercial Cold Plunge Tank: Take the invigorating plunge into our cold tank. Cold immersion helps to reduce inflammation, tighten your skin, enhance immune response, and release endorphins for that feel-good energy!
Outdoor Shower: Prior to entering the cold plunge, participants will be required to use our outdoor (heated) shower to remove any debris, oils, deodorants, perfumes, etc.
Plus, a Special Breathing Exercise! Before we dive into the heat and cold, we'll guide you through a calming breathing exercise to saturate your body with oxygen to set your mind and body up for an optimal experience.

Cacao Ceremony
Christina will lead you through the opening ceremony on a journey with Cacao. Cacao is a superfood packed with micronutrients to nourish the body, mind and soul. This heart opening plant medicine will set the tone for the day as we move through a mindful sipping practice. We'll then invite the support of the energies of the elements and earth in an invocation of the space and end with a heart connecting meditation.
Honoring Your Body Flow:
